Grilled Salmon and Asparagus

I always dress the asparagus pretty simply: olive oil, salt and pepper. The grill marks give it an umami flavor, grilled flavor is always so much better than broiling it (which I usually do in bad weather) or roasting it.

The salmon is slathered with a rosemary, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper concoction.

In addition to the salmon and asparagus, we had a salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette. So good.
